Doesn't look like much, but Andy's is quite a gem for the area. Our waitress was super friendly, she joked with us quite a bit. She told me that she would fix up my blueberry pancakes and I'd love them, which it did. Will say it's a great breakfast spot. We were in town only overnight, but Andy's got us going just right, with full bellies, for our travels!

The food was great ribeye steaks a little thin and unfortunately it came out undercooked I ordered a medium rare and I get a rare should’ve sent it back the minute. I saw it because it was really pink when it came out. I know they’re busy and I know they want to move food but when it comes to that you cannot push it if you want perfection you have to cook it right Otherwise you get reviews like this… Service was great atmosphere was great. It’s a moment pop shop, but it’s a great little restaurant. Just need to teach the cook how to cook steak or need them how to read the ticket whether it was written down right I have no idea. … But the overall was good the price was kinda high Average $24-$25 for a piece of 10 ounce steak that’s only about a half inch thick if you’re even lucky maybe 3/8 .. But considering it’s one person, the overall cost for the ribeye steak dinner or breakfast with iced tea plus the chip is the average $45 …

Went to Andy's for a late breakfast today. I haven't been there in several years. The staff was very pleasant, and we were seated right away. The menu has many choices, and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered a Belgian Waffle Combo. After a short wait, the food came out, and it was still warm. All of my food was well-prepared and tasty. Throughout our visit, the serving staff was helpful and very attentive. Overall, this was a good breakfast experience.

Everything you expect from a good local diner. We came in with a morning rush but seated right away and the food was out with minimal wait time. I had the Belgian waffle by itself with strawberries and whipped cream. It was delicious!! My only gripe was the strawberries being frozen, fresh would have been so much better but good nonetheless. My mom enjoyed her combo platter, everything was tasty and filling. A very nice breakfast on the way back home from visiting Elizabeth City. Friendly service that gave good suggestions and always made sure we were attended to. Also very affordable!

This was my first time at this restaurant during ECSU Homecoming weekend. For it to be a busy weekend for Elizabeth City; this restaurant serves and is cleaning up quickly. I absolutely enjoyed my meal. The food was still hot, and everything was tasty. I will definitely come back to this restaurant in the future.
